The interesting and exciting aspect to work with the "Glow in the Dark Yarns" is the possibility that the image of the fabric changes. What appears on daylight in almost just one color and vertical stripes is slowly shifting to a striped pattern or a checkered pattern.
The bindings give the design an organic effect and support the light transmittance of the cloth. The video tape was used here as an accent to the natural-looking cotton and refers to the combination of nature and technology.
In two longitudinal strips very thin cellophane was used and on day they look like dragonfly-like wings. During the sunset, the middle stripe begins to "glow" and replaces the others.
